"WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME?"

By Edisther.

Hello readers, I know it's been long since I last wrote another blog but today am writing a short blog about an emotional question that bothers our mental health.

There are always those moments in life when we go through a problem but we keep asking ourselves "What is happening to me?" yet we fully know what is going on.

It is very hard for us to comprehend when someone/something hurts us, we often think that there is a purpose behind us being hurt or maybe we have done something bad in the past that we are getting a payback from karma.

Of course!, there is a purpose but I like to consider hardships as a way to mature and understand that planet earth is never a perfect place.

The "What is happening to me?" is an emotional realization question that all human beings experience in order to understand their situation and not dwell on it. When we dwell too much on this question, it often leads to panic attacks and intense overthinking.

Every time I had an anxiety attack, I used to ask myself this question thinking I was sick but as I heal, I've discovered that this question always reminds the art of appreciating gratitude even through the rough times.

When this involuntary question pops in

our minds every time we face a hardship, always remember all things your grateful for. Most of you might be thinking that gratitude doesn't go with the emotional realization question but it actually does.

In conclusion, when you start appreciating about the great things in your life, you'll start understanding that this hardship you're going through will keep a positive heart that will remind you that there is hope on the way and that you can conquer the fears.

It's okay not to be okay, I'll keep fighting.
